Archiving lets you keep your report list tidy by hiding reports you no longer need day to day without permanently deleting them. Archived reports are easy to find and restore whenever you need them.
How to Archive a Report
Go to Reports in the left navigation. Find the report you want to archive, click the "..." menu on the right side of that row, and select Archive report.
To View Archived Reports
Check the Show archived box in the upper right of the Reports page. Archived reports will appear in your list alongside active ones, labeled with an "Archived" badge so you can tell them apart at a glance.
To Restore an Archived Report
With Show archived enabled, find the report you want to restore, click its "..." menu, and select the option to move it back to your active list.
