Starting a new Gumshoe project takes just a couple of minutes, and you'll start seeing results right away.
How do I start a new project?
- From your workspace, open Projects in the left menu.
- Click Create a new project.
- Enter your brand's name or URL in the search field, then click Go.
What happens after I click Go?
You'll move through a short setup wizard before your project launches:
- Confirm your brand, geography, and language. Review and edit your brand's name, URL, and Gumshoe's AI-generated summary of your brand, then set an optional location and language for your project.
- Select your product category. Choose the product category you want to track, or skip it for broader personas and prompts.
- Choose your plan. Pick the subscription that fits your needs. See our pricing page for details.
- See your customer personas. Review the personas Gumshoe will use to represent your buyers.
- Confirm your topics and prompts. Review the topics and prompts your project will track.
- Select models and start project. Choose which AI models to include, then launch your project's first Visibility Audit (formerly known as a report).
Once you start your project, Gumshoe begins gathering results right away.
