Step 2 of setting up a Project is choosing a plan. Pick Starter or Pro for this Project and compare what each includes side by side. You are not charged at this step. You pay on the last step, when you start the Project.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Both plans run a monthly Visibility Audit, include the same size Project and the same number of conversations, and let you grow beyond that by paying overage. The difference is how often you see changes and how much you can do with what you find.
- Starter includes 8 Personas, 10 Prompts per Persona and 6 AI models. It runs a Pulse Audit weekly and includes a monthly allowance of Technical Audit runs and content generation.
- Pro includes the same to start. It runs a Pulse Audit daily, includes more Technical Audit runs and content generation each month, and adds the Content Audit, Sentiment Audit and Citation Audit.

Which plan is right for me?
Choose Starter if your goal is to see how AI models talk about your brand and track it over time.
Choose Pro if you want to track multiple buyer stages and act on what you find. The Content Audit shows the content gaps that cost you AI answers, the Sentiment Audit shows whether AI models view your brand favorably or steer buyers to competitors, and the Citation Audit shows which content shapes AI responses. Pro is also the right fit if you want to see changes daily instead of weekly.
Does the plan apply to my whole Workspace?
No. Each Project has its own subscription, so you choose a plan for each Project and can mix Starter and Pro across your Workspace. For example, you might run a Pro Project for the product or service you are focused on most, and Starter Projects for your other offerings. See Do I need a separate subscription for each project?
What if I add more Prompts or AI models later in setup?
That's fine on either plan. The next two steps are reviewing your Personas and Prompts and choosing your AI models. Anything beyond your plan's included conversations is billed as overage, and the last step shows the total number of conversations and the monthly price, overage included, before you start. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
What if I see "Report Already Exists" after choosing a plan?
That screen appears when your Workspace already has a Project for the same brand with the same title. It is not a dead end. Why do I see "Report Already Exists" when I create a project? explains how to continue.
Can I change my plan after my Project starts?
Yes, you can move a Project from Starter to Pro at any time. Upgrade buttons appear throughout a Starter Project, including Upgrade this project in the green banner at the top of the page and Change plan on Pro features such as the Content Audit.
A Pro Project can't be moved to Starter. Instead, select Pause subscription in the Pro Project's Settings and create a new Starter Project.
