Gumshoe pulls brand logos from a third-party provider. Once in a while, that provider has an outdated or incorrect logo on file, so the wrong image shows up for your brand. Here is how to get it corrected.
Where does Gumshoe get brand logos?
Brand logos in Gumshoe come from a third-party logo provider rather than your brand domain. When that provider has an old or incorrect logo for a brand, that is the image Gumshoe displays. This is why you might see a logo that is out of date, low quality, or not yours at all.
How do I get my brand logo fixed?
Reach out, and we will take care of it. Contact us through the chat widget or at support@gumshoe.ai with your brand and a copy of the correct logo (a file or a link to it on your website). We will submit the update to the provider for you.
How long does the update take?
Once the update is submitted, it usually takes a couple of days to refresh in Gumshoe. If the correct logo has not appeared after that, reach back out, and we will follow up.
