When you export your Conversations to a CSV, the file always includes every conversation from your Visibility Audit (formerly known as a report), even if you have filters applied on the Conversations view. This is expected: the export is the complete data set, not the filtered view.
Do my on-screen filters apply to the export?
No. The filters on the Conversations view (topics, personas, models, brands, and mention status) change what you see on screen, but they do not carry into the CSV. Every export gives you the full set of conversations, so you always have the complete data to work with.
How do I get just the conversations I want?
Export the full CSV, then filter it in a spreadsheet like Google Sheets or Excel. Open the file and filter or sort by the columns you care about, for example a single persona, model, or topic, or to find the prompts where your brand was not mentioned. Because the export contains everything, you can slice it as many different ways as you need without running a new export.
What is in the export?
Each row is one model's answer to one prompt, along with details like the persona, model, and topic, so you have what you need to filter and analyze in a spreadsheet.
