When your Visibility Audit (formerly known as a report) finishes running, you land on its dashboard. It gives you a high-level overview of how often your brand is mentioned in AI-generated responses, which sources are driving those mentions, and how your visibility compares to competitors. From here you can explore several sections that break your AI visibility down by audience, theme, model, and source.
What sections are on the dashboard?
- Brand visibility: your headline score, showing how often your brand is mentioned across all responses, with a trend over time and an "Improve my visibility" button.
- Competitive Leaderboard: your visibility rank compared to the competitors in your audit, with mentions and visibility for each brand.
- Brand reach: split into Persona visibility (which personas, or customer types, see your brand most often) and Topic visibility (which topics and themes your brand is most linked to). From here you can open Persona Analysis and Buyer criteria analysis for the deep dives.
- Visibility heatmaps: four views, Persona x Competitor, Topic x Competitor, Persona x Topic, and Model x Competitor, that show where you win and where competitors lead.
- Model visibility: how often your brand is surfaced by each AI model.
- Citations: split into Most-cited domains (the domains AI models rely on most when they mention brands) and Citation types (the kinds of sites driving mentions, such as e-commerce, blogs, or news).
The dashboard helps you orient before diving into deeper analysis and optimization recommendations. Each section opens for a closer look, so you can see where your brand stands and what to do next.
