You can export your Visibility Audit (formerly known as a report) information in JSON, PDF, or CSV format.
Right now, only Visibility Audit data can be exported this way. Other audits, like Sentiment, Content, and Technical, don't have an export option yet, though our API may cover some of that data in the meantime.
How do I export a Visibility Audit to JSON, PDF, or CSV?
- Click the "..." menu in the top right of your Visibility Audit, next to the Share button.
- Choose Download CSV, Download JSON, or Download PDF.
What's included in the JSON export?
The JSON export includes all core Visibility Audit data, including:
- Visibility scores
- Mentions
- Personas
- Topics
- Citations
- Prompts and responses
This format is ideal for:

- Sharing with engineering or data teams

What's included in the PDF export?
The PDF export helps you share more visual components of your Visibility Audit with people outside the platform.

What's included in the CSV export?
The CSV export does not include competitors, citations, or copies of the model's answers. Images like the heatmaps and graphs do not currently export. Visit specific pages for additional CSV export options; see our Help Center article on exporting and downloading Visibility Audit data for more detail.
How do I read the CSV export?
- Each row lists one prompt, with the associated persona.
- Columns D–O show your brand's mentions and rank per model.
- A number indicates that the model recommended your brand; that number is its rank (e.g., 5 = recommended, ranked fifth).
- A blank cell means that the model did not recommend your brand.
- Columns P–AA map prompts to Topics.
- An X means the prompt belongs to that topic.
- Multiple Xs in a row mean the prompt is connected to several topics.
