Gumshoe tracks usage at the workspace level so teams can manage shared Visibility Audits (formerly known as reports). Your payment method is stored at the company account level and applies to all activity across your workspaces. Any Visibility Audit created within a workspace is billed to the payment method on file for your company account.
How does moving a Visibility Audit affect billing?
- Moving a Visibility Audit into a workspace: Future runs are billed to your company account’s payment method.
- Past charges: Charges incurred before the move remain tied to the original payment method.
Who can update payment information?
Payment information is managed at the company account level by account admins. To update your payment method, open your account settings and click “Billing.”
