While billing activity is viewable in both the workspace and the company account settings, only admins with access to the company account settings can view receipts and invoices.
Option 1: From your workspace
You can see the pricing in your workspace, but you will not find the receipts there.
- Log in to app.gumshoe.ai/go and open your workspace using the dropdown in the top-left corner.
- Click Usage in the left navigation.
Option 2: From your account settings
- Click your account name in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings to the right of it, in the dropdown.
- Click Billing in the left navigation.
- Scroll to Billing history.
- Click View next to any charge to open the receipt.
What if I'm an admin but still can't see receipts or invoices?
Receipts and invoices live at the company account level, so only an Admin with access to the company account settings can open them. Being an admin on a single workspace is not the same as having company account access. If you expected to see them and can't, check these two things:
- Confirm you're signed into the correct account. Click your account name in the top-left corner and make sure the right company account and workspace are selected.
- Check your workspace role. Company account admins always have admin access to the workspace too, so your workspace role tells you where you stand. Open Settings from the dropdown menu next to the workspace name, open the Team page, and find your name. If you're not an admin on the workspace, you're not a company account admin either. If you are an admin on the workspace but still can't open the company account settings, your admin access is limited to this workspace. A company account admin can grant you company account access.
