Heatmaps illustrate how visibility changes when you break down results by persona, topic, or competitor.
What do the heatmap cell values mean?
Each cell in a heatmap contains three values, which you can view by hovering your mouse over the cell:
- Visibility: the percentage of answers that mention your brand. It is calculated as brand mentions divided by total conversations for that persona and topic combination.
- Mentions: the number of conversations where your brand was explicitly named.
- Answers: the total number of conversations for that persona and topic combination.
How are these numbers displayed?
Each heatmap cell shows all three values when you hover your mouse over it, for example: Visibility 92%, Mentions 55, Answers 60.
