While billing activity is viewable in both the workspace and the company account settings, only admins with access to the company account settings can view receipts/invoices.
Option 1: From your workspace
You can see the pricing in your workspace, but you will not find the receipts there.
- Log in to app.gumshoe.ai/go and open your workspace using the dropdown in the top-left corner.
- Click Usage in the left navigation.
Option 2: From your account settings
- Click your account name in the top left corner.
- Select Settings to the right of it, in the dropdown.
- Click Billing in the left navigation.
- Scroll to Billing history.
- Click View next to any charge to open the receipt.
