Yes. Gumshoe tracks sentiment through the Sentiment Audit, available on the Pro plan. It's still in Beta (as of 07-29-2026), so we're continuing to refine it.
How is the Sentiment Audit different from a Visibility Audit?
A Visibility Audit purposely never mentions your brand by name in the prompts it sends to AI models. Instead, it asks each model an open-ended question, like which brand it would recommend, and ranks the brands mentioned in the response. That's useful for measuring whether models recommend your brand on their own, but it doesn't capture how a model actually feels about your brand.
The Sentiment Audit takes a different approach: its prompts ask about your brand by name, for example, what a model thinks of it or how it compares to a specific competitor, to surface the model's actual opinion rather than a recommendation.
What does the Sentiment Audit show me?
The Sentiment Audit breaks results down several ways:
- Themes: recurring themes grouped into Pros, Cons, and Caveats, each with a count.
- Topics: a bubble chart plotting each topic by sentiment and visibility, with bubble size showing how many sentiment questions were asked.
- Persona x Topic, Model x Topic, and Stage x Topic views, so you can see how sentiment shifts across audiences, models, and buyer stages.
- A Questions list of individual answers with per-topic sentiment scores.
- Competitor sentiment allows you to compare the views LLMs have of your brand and your competitors. (As of 07-29-2026, this feature is coming soon)
The Sentiment Audit runs on the scheduled date your project's subscription runs.
