Your subscription runs your Visibility Audit and Pulse Audit on a fixed, automatic schedule. Here's how that schedule works, and what you can and can't adjust.
How often do my audits run?
Your full Visibility Audit runs monthly on every plan. Your Pulse Audit runs weekly on Starter and daily on Pro. Both run automatically; you don't need to start them yourself.
Your project shows your cadence and when the next run is due, so that is the quickest way to check where you are in the cycle.
Can I choose when my audits run?
Yes! Check out this article for more details: How do I schedule a Visibility Audit to run on a specific day?
Can I run my Visibility Audit again before its next scheduled date?
Not right now. Once your schedule is set, you can't trigger an extra run early or run your Visibility Audit twice in the same month to check whether a specific change worked. This applies to your Pulse Audit too.
What you can adjust is the day your project runs on, which can bring your next run forward rather than adding a run. After you make a change to your site, the best next step is to keep improving your technical setup, your content, and your mentions on other sites. The effect will show up in your next scheduled run of the Visibility Audit and the Pulse Audit.
I just edited my personas, topics, or prompts. When will I see them?
It depends which one you edited.
Personas and prompts go to the AI models, so they land at your next scheduled run rather than straight away. Your edits save immediately, but saving does not start a new run, so on a monthly Visibility Audit your changes can be up to four weeks from landing.
Your Pulse Audit will show them much sooner, since it runs daily on Pro and weekly on Starter. Keep in mind that the Pulse Audit samples only a portion of your personas, so newly added personas may not appear there even though the edit saved correctly.
Topics work differently. Topics are labels used to organize your audit rather than something sent to the models, so changes to them apply right away and do not wait for a run.

Can I adjust my schedule once it's set?
Yes! You can select a date to run the project on, and moving that date is also how you bring your next run forward. See this article for more details: How do I schedule a Visibility Audit to run on a specific day?
