Upgrading a Snapshot Audit (formerly known as a free sample report) to a paid Visibility Audit (formerly known as a report) is quick, and you don’t have to start over. Your existing personas, topics, and prompts carry over, and Gumshoe expands on them to give you the full picture of your AI visibility.
How do I upgrade?
You can upgrade from either the audit page or the audit setup wizard:
- Look for the “Upgrade to full report” banner on your Snapshot Audit or during setup (the UI button label).
- Click “Upgrade to full report.”
- Add a payment method if you haven’t already.
- Confirm the upgrade.
Your Snapshot Audit will be converted to a paid Visibility Audit, and the first run will kick off right away.
What carries over when I upgrade?
Everything you’ve already built stays in place:
- Your original personas
- Your topics and prompts
- Your Analysis Focus and geographic focus
Nothing is lost, and nothing needs to be rebuilt.
What gets added when I upgrade?
Upgrading unlocks the full scope of a Visibility Audit:
- Additional personas, topics, and prompts generated by Gumshoe
- Full model coverage across all major AI models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and more
- The ability to add your own personas, topics, prompts, and models
- Scheduled runs so you can track visibility over time
- Full editing control over every part of your Visibility Audit
Can I run another Snapshot Audit after I upgrade?
Once you upgrade, the Snapshot Audit option is no longer shown during setup. All new audits you create will be paid Visibility Audits.
Do I need a payment method to upgrade?
Yes. A payment method is required to run a paid Visibility Audit. If you don’t have one on file, you’ll be prompted to add one during the upgrade flow.
