If you have a free sample or another project that isn't on a paid plan yet, you can upgrade it to Starter or Pro right from your account.
Where do I start the upgrade?
You can find it in two places. Open the project and look for the banner that reads "Unlock more features with subscriptions," then select "Upgrade this project." Or, from your Projects list, look for the project's "Upgrade now" link.
What happens during the upgrade?
You'll choose your plan first. Starter and Pro are shown side by side with the full feature comparison, so you can see exactly what each tier includes before you decide. Next, you'll choose your AI models, either by picking a preset or selecting them manually, and you'll see a running total of your conversation count and estimated monthly cost as you go. You'll see the full price before you confirm anything.
What if my project is too large for Starter?
If your project's current personas, prompts, or models already run bigger than Starter allows, Starter won't be offered as an option. You'll see Pro only. You don't need to trim anything down yourself, and the upgrade is still fully self-serve.
What if I go over my plan's included conversations?
Pro allows overages, billed per conversation beyond what's included in the plan. Starter does not support overages. You'll see the exact rate and any additional cost in the upgrade flow itself before you confirm.
Do I need a payment method on file?
Yes. A payment method needs to be on file to complete the upgrade.
What if my project has grandfathered pricing?
If your Visibility Audit was already scheduled to repeat before subscriptions launched, it's grandfathered and stays on its current pricing through the end of 2026. If you'd like our team to move it onto a subscription, just choose the upgrade option!
