What is a workspace in Gumshoe?
A workspace is a shared environment where multiple users can:
- Run reports under a single brand, team name, or department
- Access each other's reports and insights
- Share visibility data across multiple stakeholders
- Manage user roles and access
Workspaces are especially useful for marketing teams, agencies, SEO strategists, and enterprise users who need shared access to AI search visibility reports. Every workspace sits under a company account, which is the top-level billing entity.
How do I create a workspace?
- Log in to your Gumshoe account.
- Click the dropdown in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Create Workspace.
- Name your workspace.
- Click Submit.
You will now view Gumshoe in the workspace you just created. As the creator, you are automatically a workspace admin. Any reports you create within this workspace will be visible to other workspace teammates.
