The Gumshoe sidebar is grouped around what you are trying to do: monitor your visibility, act on it, and configure your setup. Here is how it is laid out, from the top down. What you see can vary a little depending on your plan.
What is at the top of the sidebar?
At the very top is your account switcher, showing your company account in bold with its workspaces listed underneath. Below that are the workspace-level items that apply across all of your Visibility Audits (formerly known as reports):
- Projects: your list of projects, where each project is one brand, focus, location, and language and holds its Visibility Audit and features. This is where you open or start your work.
- Technical audits: a read-only view of every URL audited across your Visibility Audits in the workspace.
- Content audits: the Content Audits available across the workspace.
What are the groups when I open a project?
When you open a project's Visibility Audit, the sidebar shows grouped sections:
- Monitor: where you track your visibility. Includes your Competitive Leaderboard, Conversations, Citations, Trends, Buyer Criteria Analysis, and Product Perceptions.
- Act: where you take action to improve, including your Technical Audit and content tools.
- Configure: your setup, where you manage Personas, Topics & Prompts, and your project settings.
- Resources: Gumshoe Research and Support.
Why do I see different items than a teammate?
Some items depend on your plan. For example, the cited-URL list appears as Citations on some plans and as Citation Audit on others, and tools like Content Audit and Sentiment Audit are available on specific plans and may be in Beta.
