How do I create a Gumshoe account?
To run reports, you'll need a Gumshoe user account. Signing up takes just a few steps.
- Visit https://app.gumshoe.ai/go
- Click Sign Up in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address and complete sign-up.
- Confirm your email address when prompted.
- Once confirmed, you'll be redirected to your Gumshoe home page.
- To start a new report, click Reports in the left menu.
Should I use a business email address?
We recommend signing up with a business email address. Users on personal email domains (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) will need a credit card on file to access standard Gumshoe features and will not receive early access to new features. A business email gives you full feature access and early access to new features as they roll out.
How do I create a new company account?
At this time, creating a new company account requires creating a new user account. If you'd prefer to add a new company account without creating a new user, contact our support team and we can take care of it for you.
