You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Your Password" on the sign-in page. You can also change your password from inside your Gumshoe account after logging in.
How to Set or Reset Your Password from a Gumshoe Account
- Click on your Gumshoe profile in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down to the Set Password section.
- Click Set Password.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to set or reset your password.
Once completed, you’ll be able to log in using your email and password.
