Your Visibility Audit (formerly known as a report) and its Snapshot Audit run automatically on a schedule that comes with your subscription. The cadence (how often they run) is set by your plan and one-off runs are not available, but you can choose the day a run lands on, pause a subscription to stop its runs, and unpause it to start them again. It is all managed from the project’s Settings.
How is my run schedule set?
Your run cadence comes with your subscription plan, rather than being something you set by hand. Higher plans run more often. Because the schedule is tied to the plan, there is no control to change how often an audit runs, and one-off runs are not available. You can, however, choose which day a recurring run lands on (see below). For what each plan includes, see the pricing page.
Where do I manage my schedule?
Open your project and click Settings in the left menu, under Project. This opens the Project settings page, where the subscription and its audits live. If you open a Visibility Audit and click its own Settings, it now brings you to this same Project settings page.
Can I choose which day my audit runs?
Yes. From the project’s Settings, you can set the day a recurring audit lands on. (This is a newer option and may not be visible right when subscriptions launch in summer 2026. If you do not see it yet, it is on the way.)
- If an audit runs weekly, choose any day of the week, and it will run on that day each week.
- If an audit runs monthly, choose any day of the month. If a month is shorter than the day you picked (for example, the 31st), the run happens on the last day of that month instead.
- Daily audits run every day, so there is no day to set.
- If you leave the day on Default, the audit keeps running on the day it was created.
Runs happen overnight, US Pacific time.
How do I stop my audits from running?
To stop a project's audits, pause its subscription:
- Open the project and click Settings in the left menu.
- In the subscription card near the top of Project settings, click Pause subscription.
Pausing stops that project's audits from running. Because the plan is a recurring monthly subscription, pausing is also how you stop its ongoing cost. Pausing does not delete anything: your past audits and their data stay available.
How do I start my audits again?
Go back to the same subscription card in Project settings and unpause the subscription. Runs resume on the plan’s normal cadence. A paused subscription never resumes on its own, so you need to unpause it yourself when you are ready.
I have more than one project. Does pausing one stop them all?
No. Each project has its own subscription, so pausing one only affects that project. The others keep running and billing until you pause them too. If you want to stop several, open each project's Settings and pause every subscription you intend to stop, and double-check that you have caught them all.
