You can reanalyze any URL in your Technical Audit. Each new run gives you fresh results for both versions of the audit: the original Technical Audit (v1) and Technical Audit v2.
How do I reanalyze a page?
- Open the Project containing the page you want to refresh, then click Technical Audit in the left menu.
- Click the specific URL you want to refresh to open its Analysis overview.
- Click Reanalyze, in the top right of the Audit history section.
Gumshoe will trigger a new scan of that page and update the analysis results once the scan is complete.
Pro tip: If you're actively making updates to your site, reanalyze after your changes are published so your audit reflects the latest version of the page. Your scores, including the AI Optimization Score (AIO) and your Technical Audit v2 score, will update once the new scan completes. You don't need to screenshot old scores beforehand, since every past run stays available in the Audit history table.
Does reanalyzing count toward my plan?
Yes. Starter includes 10 Technical Audit runs a month and Pro includes 50, counted in runs, not URLs. Reanalyze once your changes are live, and group several fixes to the same page into one rerun when you can. See What's included in the Starter and Pro Subscription plans?.
Why did my score change when I didn't change the page?
If the original Technical Audit (v1) score moved, that's normal. An AI model grades each run, so results can vary a little. Technical Audit v2 gives the same result for the same page, so a change there points to a change on the page itself. For more on how the two versions differ, see Why don't my Technical Audit and Technical Audit v2 scores match?.
