Archiving lets you keep your Projects list tidy by hiding projects you no longer need day to day, without permanently deleting them. Archiving a project hides it along with its Visibility Audit (formerly known as a report) and associated audits, and you can find and restore archived projects whenever you need them.
How do I archive one?
Go to Projects in the left navigation. Find the project you want to archive, click the three-dot ("...") menu on its card, and select the archive option.
How do I see archived projects?
Turn on the "Show archived" toggle on the Projects page. Archived projects appear in your list alongside active ones, labeled with an "Archived" badge so you can tell them apart at a glance.
How do I restore an archived project?
With "Show archived" turned on, find the project you want to restore, click its three-dot ("...") menu, and select the option to move it back to your active list.
Archiving does not delete anything. If you need to permanently delete a project or your account, contact our support team and we can help.
