If you created a Gumshoe account with an email address you no longer want associated with your account, you can change it in your Gumshoe account settings.
Steps to Change Your Email:
- Click on your profile avatar in the bottom left corner of the Gumshoe app.
- Select Settings.
- First, create a password if you don't already have one.
- Update the Email field with your new business email.
- Click Save.
- Check your old email inbox for a confirmation email.
- Confirm the change.
- Then, check your new email for a verification link.
- Click it to finalize the switch.
What Happens After the Switch?
- You’ll still be able to log in with your original Gmail if you used Google SSO.
- Once your business email is verified, you’ll gain access to Gumshoe’s Beta Features.
