Yes. You can access your existing Visibility Audits in Gumshoe even if you do not have a payment method on file.
- Your existing Visibility Audits remain accessible.
- You can view, share, and reference historical insights without a payment method.
- Adding or removing a payment method does not affect access to Visibility Audits you have already run.
What can't I do without a payment method?
- Start a new Project.
- Upgrade a Project to a paid plan (Starter, Build your own, or the Playbook).
- Keep a subscribed Project's scheduled runs going.
What happens when I add one?
You can start new Projects and upgrade existing ones right away, and scheduled runs pick up again on the Project's next run. If a subscription renewal failed, click Resubscribe on the Project after updating your card. See What happens if my payment fails?
