- After running your first Visibility Audit (formerly known as a report), a valid payment method must be saved to your account to run new audits or keep a subscription active.
- You can update or change your payment method anytime in the Billing section of your company account.
- Past Visibility Audits remain accessible in your account, even if your payment method is removed or expires.
