To stop charges in Gumshoe, pause the subscription on the project you no longer want to run. Your past work stays accessible: you can still view, share, and reference your past Visibility Audits (formerly known as reports) at no cost, and you do not need to close your account.
How do I stop charges on a project?
- Open the project you want to stop.
- Go to Settings (Project > Settings).
- Pause the project's subscription.
- Once paused, that project's audits stop running and you are not charged for it again unless you resume.
Each project has its own subscription, so you can pause one project and keep others running. If you cannot access Settings or pause the subscription, ask an Admin on your account to do it.
