Adding or updating a payment method ensures your Gumshoe reports and scheduled runs continue without interruption.
- Once saved, your payment method will be used for all future report runs and scheduled reports.
- You can update your payment method anytime if your card changes or expires.
- If no valid payment method is on file, scheduled reports will pause automatically until one is added.
- You will only be charged if you create or schedule reports.
Steps to Add or Update Your Payment Method
- Sign in to gumshoe.ai.
- Select your organization in the left-side navigation or "personal" if you are paying for reports in your personal account.
- Click on ‘Billing’ in the left-side navigation
- Enter your credit or debit card information.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
